Terms and Conditions

  • Printed Sashes aim to dispatch your order within 5 – 7 working days of your order being placed and receiving complete payment for standard delivery option. This does not include weekends and public holidays.
  • All prices include GST.
  • All RUSH ORDER sashes will be SHIPPED within 24hrs (not including weekends) - orders over 20 can take up to 48hrs, please understand that by selecting rush order, this doesn't mean you will receive your order in 24hrs.
  • Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order with Printed Sashes.
  • The colours used in the personalisation tool are a representation only of what the product will be. All colour monitors display different contrasts and therefore sash and print colours are an indication ONLY. However we have tried to match the colours very closely as they actually are.
  • Not all foil colours provide a good result on some sashes, however you will be contacted about this before we go to print.
  • If your order has already been printed we cannot provide a refund for your order.
  • If your order has already been dispatched we cannot provide a refund for your order.
  • Printed Sashes will not provide a refund for orders that have been received unless it is damaged or faulty. On this occasion we will then reprint or refund your order.
  • Any request for a refund 72 hours after delivery (or if the items are used) will not be considered for a refund (no exceptions)
  • Refunds will not be given in instances of change of mind.
  • Refunds are only excepted under certain circumstances.
  • If refund is given sash/es are required to be posted back to Printed Sashes at customers expense before refund can be processed.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the spelling of your personalised text, colours of the sash and print colour. We will print your personalised order exactly how you have entered it into the sash designer on our website.
  • Please ensure that you have entered the correct postal address as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses supplied. We cannot be held responsible for the delay in delivery if you have supplied an incorrect postal address or postcode.
  • Printed Sashes has the right to refuse any orders which may be rude, offensive or have explicit language.
  • Printed Sashes also has the right to refuse any orders which may incite violence.
  • Please be aware that any images sent to Printed Sashes to be used on any required sash/es must have granted permission if they are subject to copyrights.
  • We take no responsibility for orders that go missing or that are not delivered by their due date.
